Refund policy

Custom sized cage liners & pads are non-refundable.

If you are not completely happy with the items you have purchased please contact Bumbles Pampered Paws within 3 days, from receipt of the goods, with a reason as to why you will be returning the item.

All items must be returned unsoiled & unused.

You will be liable for the cost of the return postage unless the wrong item was sent by Bumbles Pampered Paws, of which we shall refund the cost of the postage.

No refunds will be given on items returned after 14 days.

It’s your responsibility to obtain proof of postage for returned items, as Bumbles Pampered Paws will not compensate for any items lost or damaged in the post.
