Processing Times

All items are handmade to order, allowing you to choose colours and customise your item to suit your pet and your style.

Because each product is made especially for you, please allow processing time before dispatch.

Current processing time:
📦 Please allow 5-10 working days for your order to be made before shipping.

Processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, sales, or holidays. If there are any significant delays, I will contact you as soon as possible.

UK Shipping

I currently ship across the United Kingdom using trusted postal services.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Standard delivery: 2–4 working days
• Tracked delivery: 1–3 working days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise (for example free shipping promotions).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

International Shipping

I ship internationally to selected countries through my Etsy shop only

Estimated delivery times vary depending on location:

• Europe: 5–10 working days
• Rest of world: 7–21 working days

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import charges.
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing in your country.

Dispatch Schedule

Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

I cannot be responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.

If you notice a mistake, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to update your order before dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the postal service. However, I will always do my best to help if any issues arise.

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact me so I can assist.
